Job Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth across a well-established B2B customer base.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospective customers throughout your territory.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, uncovering opportunities to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.
  • Prioritise high-value activities and effectively manage your time to maximise customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings and maintain a strong presence within your territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with Sales Support, Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and customer records through CRM reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing insights, best practices and market intelligence.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Proven success in a B2B sales, business development or account management role, with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders across a range of industries and organisational levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver solution-focused sales conversations.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise activities that deliver the greatest commercial impact.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and resilient approach, with a genuine passion for winning new business and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities, accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and customer records.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing positively to a high-performing team culture.
  • A valid driver's licence and a willingness to spend significant time meeting customers across the territory.
