Job Description

  • Partner with stakeholders, providing commercial and financial advice to support decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term financial modelling activities.
  • Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare business cases, scenario modelling, investment evaluations, and strategic analysis to support key organisational initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance leaders and provide commercial insights.
  • Advanced financial modelling, business case development, and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, budgeting, planning, or BI systems.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience within the Health sector
  • Understanding of activity-based funding, costing methodologies, and reporting requirements.
