Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modelling.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) or equivalent.
  • Experience within property development
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
