Job Description

The scope of the opportunity will include but not be limited to:

  • Prepare and review financial analysis to support property development planning and decision-making.
  • Develop financial models that clarify project assumptions, costs and expected outcomes.
  • Analyse financial results and explain key movements to support practical business discussions.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for development-related work.
  • Provide clear financial information to stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain accurate financial data and reporting materials for ongoing planning needs.
  • Identify useful insights from financial information to guide commercial priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner (Property Development)' should have:

  • Experience in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience within property (Dev, Investments, Management)
  • Ability to interpret financial results and communicate clear, practical insights.
  • Capability to prepare accurate reports and financial information for business use.
