Our client is currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to provide annual leave coverage within their in-house creative team on a full-time temporary contract for approximately four weeks.

Job Description

  • Design and produce a wide range of visual communication materials.
  • Create artwork for signage, posters, brochures, flyers and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative assets for community events, programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a Graphic Designer role
  • Previous Local Government experience advantageous
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise competing project deadlines
  • Experience producing artwork for both print and digital channels
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
  • Understanding of public sector processes and community engagement is a plus.
