This position can be offered as a Fixed Term Contract, Temp-to-Perm arrangement, or Permanent opportunity for the right candidate.Job DescriptionIn this role you will provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle and assist the wider HR team in delivering a high-quality service to stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilities include:Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentationMaintaining accurate employee records and personnel filesSupporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administrationAssisting with HR system updates and data managementResponding to HR-related queries from employees and managersSupporting compliance and documentation processesAssisting with reporting, record keeping and general HR coordinationWorking closely with recruitment and broader HR stakeholdersThis role will suit someone who enjoys process-driven work and is looking to further develop their HR administration skills within a large and complex organisation.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have some prior exposure to Human Resources administration and a genuine interest in building a career within the HR profession.You may currently be working as an:HR AdministratorHR CoordinatorRecruitment AdministratorHR InternAdministrator with HR responsibilitiesYou will also demonstrate:Experience preparing contracts, letters or employee documentationExposure to onboarding and employee administration processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to work accurately in a high-volume environmentConfidence learning new systems and processesA proactive and adaptable approach to workStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA willingness to take ownership and work through ambiguityExposure to HRIS platforms will be highly regarded but is not essential.The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to establish strong HR foundations, enjoys administration and coordination work, and is looking for long-term career development rather than immediate progression opportunities.
