Job Description

Working closely with HR specialists and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide administrative and operational support across a range of workforce management activities. You will help ensure employee records, position documentation, and HR processes are maintained accurately and in line with policies, enterprise agreements, and governance requirements.Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate HR records, documentation, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Supporting position classification and organisational structure administration.
  • Processing and tracking position-related documentation and workflow approvals.
  • Assisting with compliance and governance activities, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitoring data integrity across HR systems and identifying discrepancies for correction.
  • Coordinating requests and enquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and contributing to more efficient administrative practices.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Assisting the broader People & Culture team with administration, project support, and operational activities as required.

The Successful Applicant

You are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You take pride in producing accurate work, managing competing priorities, and delivering excellent service to stakeholders.You will bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration, People & Culture Administration, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Confidence working with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements when handling employee information.
