You will help ensure employee records, position documentation, and HR processes are maintained accurately and in line with policies, enterprise agreements, and governance requirements.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining accurate HR records, documentation, databases, and reporting systems.Supporting position classification and organisational structure administration.Processing and tracking position-related documentation and workflow approvals.Assisting with compliance and governance activities, ensuring records are complete and up to date.Preparing reports, correspondence, and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy.Monitoring data integrity across HR systems and identifying discrepancies for correction.Coordinating requests and enquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Supporting process improvement initiatives and contributing to more efficient administrative practices.Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately.Assisting the broader People & Culture team with administration, project support, and operational activities as required.The Successful ApplicantYou are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
