About Our Client

Michael Page is partnering with a leading organisation that is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with opportunity for extension. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function across Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and a range of people-focused projects. Joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle while contributing to important HR initiatives across the business.

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition activities, HR projects, and day-to-day coordination across the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end Talent Acquisition support, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, candidate communication and contract generation.
  • Assisting with graduate program projects, logistics and administration.
  • Supporting HR onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
  • Providing project coordination and administrative support across various HR activities as required.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering a high level of customer service.

During the first three months, the focus will be heavily centred on Talent Acquisition support. As the contract progresses, involvement in broader HR projects, including a significant onboarding initiative, will increase.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will be an adaptable and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can manage competing priorities.

You will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working within a HR environment.
  • Talent Acquisition coordination or HR administration experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  • Strong attention to detail without compromising speed or quality.
  • The confidence to work independently and think critically when solving problems.
  • A WorkCover Certificate would be highly regarded but is not essential.

What's on Offer

  • Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to both Talent Acquisition and broader HR projects.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Free parking on site
  • Competitive hourly rates & weekly pay
  • The chance to work with a respected global organisation and build valuable HR experience

If you're a driven HR professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
