This role offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function across Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and a range of people-focused projects. Joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle while contributing to important HR initiatives across the business.Job Description You will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition activities, HR projects, and day-to-day coordination across the function.Key responsibilities include:Providing end-to-end Talent Acquisition support, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, candidate communication and contract generation.Assisting with graduate program projects, logistics and administration.Supporting HR onboarding and employee experience initiatives.Providing project coordination and administrative support across various HR activities as required.Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering a high level of customer service.During the first three months, the focus will be heavily centred on Talent Acquisition support.
