Job Description

  • Lead business analysis across the end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation lifecycle
  • Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document functional, technical, and data requirements
  • Map HR business processes (Level 4 & 5 BPMN) and assess Workday integrations, interfaces, and data dependencies
  • Analyse HR data quality, identify data gaps, and support data cleansing and migration activities
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to validate solutions and ensure requirements traceability
  • Support testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and provide updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and HRIS transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, integrations, HR data, and configuration impacts
  • Experience mapping business processes using Level 4 & 5 BPMN and defining functional, technical, and data requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR data assessment, data cleansing, migration, and interface specifications (APIs/integrations)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills across HR, Technology, vendors, and executive teams
  • Experience supporting solution design, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
