Job Description

  • Develop and maintain cloud-based identity and access management solutions that enable secure access to business systems.
  • Configure identity controls, user access and authentication settings in line with agreed technical requirements.
  • Investigate access issues and resolve identity-related incidents to reduce disruption for users.
  • Review access configurations and identify practical improvements to strengthen system security.
  • Work with technology stakeholders to understand access needs and translate them into workable technical solutions.
  • Document identity and access configurations, changes and operating procedures for clear ongoing reference.
  • Test identity and access changes before release to support reliable system access.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cloud Engineer' should have:

  • Experience designing, configuring or maintaining cloud identity and access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorisation and user access controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot identity and access issues across cloud-based systems.
  • Experience reviewing access settings and applying practical security improvements.
  • Ability to document technical configurations and operational procedures clearly.
  • Capability to work with technology stakeholders to deliver access requirements.
