Our client is a growing Australian business undergoing an exciting period of expansion and organisational change. They are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions and partner closely with leaders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, blue-collar and corporate positions
  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates aligned to both capability and culture
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce plans
  • Coordinate interviews, offers and candidate communication throughout the process
  • Support onboarding, compliance requirements and employment documentation
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring quality hiring outcomes
  • Contribute ideas around recruitment process improvements and efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous internal or agency recruitment experience
  • Proven experience recruiting high-volume and/or blue-collar workforces
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work autonomously
  • Experience recruiting across both blue collar and high volume roles will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

What's on Offer

  • $50-$55 per hour + super, based on experience
  • Immediate start opportunity
  • Minimum 2 days per week guaranteed for the first 3 months
  • Additional hours available in line with business hiring requirements
