We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join a high-performing infrastructure team responsible for delivering and supporting modern workplace technologies across complex enterprise environments.This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who thrives in brownfield environments, where planning, upgrading, modernising, and integrating existing infrastructure is a key part of the job.

Our client is a large, purpose-driven organisation responsible for managing critical infrastructure and services that support millions of Victorians. They are embarking on several major technology uplift and infrastructure modernisation initiatives and are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join their Technology team.

Job Description

  • Lead and deliver Citrix platform upgrades and migrations across enterprise environments.
  • Plan and execute VMware infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle management, and optimisation activities.
  • Perform Hyper-V upgrades and platform modernisation projects.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID Cloud Sync / Cloud Connect deployments and identity modernisation initiatives.
  • Support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Deliver infrastructure refresh and transformation projects while maintaining BAU operations.
  • Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and technical assessments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Level 2& 3 technical support when required.



The Successful Applicant

A successful 'IT End User Computing & End User Services Operations Specialist' should have:

  • 5+ years' experience within Infrastructure, EUC, or Modern Workplace environments.
  • Proven experience delivering brownfield infrastructure upgrades and transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
  • Experience tackling technical debt and modernising legacy environments.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
