Job Description

  • Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts to support business performance and strategic decision making
  • Analyse financial results, providing commentary on variances, trends and key business drivers
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve commercial outcomes
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
  • Monitor business performance through KPI reporting, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
  • 3-6 year's experience in a Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering role
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
  • Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and non finance teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
  • The ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills (must have)
