Job Description

The role will primarily focus on content development and coordination:

  • Refine and finalise interpretive signage content.
  • Coordinate internal review and approval of signage text.
  • Identify, source and manage imagery for signage, including assessing image suitability and securing high-resolution files that meet production requirements.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure environmental, cultural and historical information is accurate and complete.
  • Provide content, imagery and feedback required by Marketing to progress design and artwork development.
  • Assist with development of the Invitation for Quote (IFQ) for signage manufacture and installation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a marketing or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment and with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
