Job Description

  • Manage DC operations in a modern facility to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Manage a large network of 3PL providers.
  • Have a strong background in SAP WM
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business and customer demands.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the logistics team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and streamline workflows.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Oversee budget management and cost control for the logistics department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Warehouse Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain management within the retail industry.
  • MUST have SAP WM background
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
  • Experience in process optimisation and cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
