Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring invoices and supplier payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Part-Time - 3 days per week
  • CBD location | on-site parking

Job Description

  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
  • Matching, coding and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments
  • Managing supplier queries and account reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end accounts payable activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience within a construction organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel - Muli ERP Ideal!!
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
