Job Description

  • Support project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
  • Assist in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track project budgets and financials to ensure alignment with forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PMO Analyst should have:

  • Experience in project coordination or project management support.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project governance and risk management processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
