Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of data and AI strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee analytics projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex data challenges.
  • Develop predictive models and AI-driven solutions for process optimisation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data professionals to achieve excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Practice Lead Data & AI should have:

  • Strong expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Experience of Agentic AI
  • Extensive experience of working with Data Lakehouse
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the utilities sector
  • This role would be perfectly suited to someone that has worked as a practice lead for a consultancy dealing with clients in the utilities sector.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI ethical practices.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in analytics and AI.
