Key responsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining robust operating windows and process conditions to achieve optimal product quality.Capturing, standardising and sharing process knowledge through effective procedures and working practices.Driving reductions in manufacturing costs through loss analysis, speed improvements, quality enhancement and increased equipment availability.Providing technical, engineering and maintenance support to production teams.Supporting R&D, capital, maintenance and reliability projects, including preparation of CAPEX submissions.Applying structured problem solving methodologies such as RCA, A3, Lean and Six Sigma to reduce process variability and improve performance.Managing supplier and contractor relationships in line with site procedures and engineering standards.Promoting a strong culture of safety, GMP compliance, professionalism and engineering excellence.The Successful ApplicantA successful Process Engineer MUST have:A degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience in GMP regulated or FMCG environments.Strong mechanical knowledge (or electrical)Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.Previous experince in process engineering for a manufacturing site.What's on OfferWhat's on offer for the Process Engineer:Permanent job with a competitive salary package (super & bonus)Opportunities for professional growth within the FMCG industry.Opportunity to influence site level process performance and capital strategy.A collaborative and supportive work environment where everyone knows everyone!Exposure to cutting edge technologies and innovative manufacturing processes.Broad exposure to engineering, reliability and continuous improvement programmes.Apply now to take the next step in your career.
