Job Description

  • Support the setup and coordination of a new program during the discovery and planning phase
  • Coordinate workshops and discovery sessions focused on asset management, CMDB accuracy, lifecycle management, patching, and replacement planning
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain program artefacts including schedules, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reports
  • Support governance forums by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Act as a central coordination point between cyber, infrastructure, service management, and delivery teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, outcomes, and decisions using Jira and Confluence
  • Support transition from discovery into delivery, ensuring clear handover and alignment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator within technology or cyber programs
  • Strong exposure to asset management, CMDB, end‑of‑life / end‑of‑support management, patching, and technology replacement initiatives
  • Experience working on new programs or discovery‑phase projects
  • Experience working in a telecommunications environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
