As a Project Manager in the Energy sector, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value EPC and turnkey projects. This is a permanent role, based in Sydney, offers the opportunity to drive complex project outcomes while showcasing leadership and stakeholder management expertise.

Job Description

  • Oversee the EPC and turnkey delivery of Transmission (220-500kV), Substation, and BESS projects.
  • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage commercial and contractual obligations to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance and risk management throughout all project stages.
  • Lead project teams with a focus on achieving key deliverables and milestones.
  • Ensure all project activities align with organisational goals and industry standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in EPC or turnkey project delivery within the Energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Transmission (220-500kV), Substation, and BESS projects.
  • Expertise in project lifecycle management, from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A focus on HSE compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a results-driven approach to project delivery.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
