Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance.

  • Conduct GMP and hygiene inspections across the site
  • Perform quality checks and product verification activities
  • Support HACCP, BRC and food safety programs
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance activities
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
  • Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to drive quality outcomes
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved



The Successful Applicant

Previous QA experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, bakery, or food processing environments

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships on site

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous
