We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Coordinator to join team in Brisbane. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the marine services.

A leading Australian marine services provider offering offshore, subsea, port and inshore support, backed by a large and diverse fleet to deliver safe, reliable and customised marine solutions nationwide.

Job Description

  • Provide HSE support and advice across operations.
  • Conduct audits, site/vessel inspections and identify hazards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with IMS, ISO45001 & ISO14001.
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
  • Deliver HSE training and complete pre‑mobilisation checks.
  • Liaise with clients on HSE requirements and prepare reports.
  • Maintain HSE records, analyse performance data and support continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential).
  • Audit, investigation or training qualifications (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years' HSE experience, ideally in marine or operational environments.
  • A safety‑focused professional with strong HSE knowledge and experience in audits, risk management and incident investigation.
  • Confident in communicating and influencing safe behaviours across diverse teams and clients.
  • Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
