Through regular showroom visits, sales and data analysis, and targeted initiatives, you'll be the driving force behind sales performance and budget success -coaching, developing, and empowering your team to deliver record-breaking sales results.Beyond the numbers, you'll be the heartbeat of the region - championing exceptional customer experiences, building future leaders, and shaping a culture people are proud to be part of. You'll oversee recruitment and succession planning, manage escalations, and ensure every showroom reflects the brand's standards in visual merchandising and presentation, all while keeping the business compliant with policy, retail legislation, and workplace health and safety.
