This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Analyst to play a key role in driving financial insights and supporting decision-making within the FMCG industry. Hybrid role based in Melbourne's south-east, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations and assist the transition to Business Central.

Job Description

    • Engage SMEs to document current-state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
    • Develop clear SOPs and future-state process flows aligned to Business Central
    • Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
    • Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
    • Drive change management activities and support end-user training and adoption
    • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Analyst should have:

    • Proven Senior BA with strong hands-on Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience
    • Background in manufacturing or process-driven environments (understands production workflows)
    • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and map end-to-end business processes
    • Experience delivering ERP upgrades or implementations in complex businesses
    • Confident stakeholder engagement with SMEs and senior leaders (CFO, Ops, IT)
    • Able to bridge business needs and system design, driving practical, usable outcomes
