Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor financial trends and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Assist in cost analysis and management.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in business partnering and business case modelling.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI and reporting optimisation.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • CA and/or CPA qualification.
