My client is an iconic global SaaS business.

Job Description

  • Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Deliver insights on key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare executive and board-level reporting packs highlighting key business drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance against forecasts and targets.
  • Support resource planning and headcount modelling across multiple business functions.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on pricing strategies, product investments, customer economics and growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, reporting and financial systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Strategy and Operations teams to improve business visibility and decision support.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance or related analytical roles.
  • Experience within a SaaS, technology, subscription-based or high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and subscription business metrics.
  • Ability to distil complex information into concise insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite or similar is highly regarded.
