Job Description

  • End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll cycles across multiple entities and states
  • Manage payroll activities including new starters, terminations, redundancies, and out-of-cycle payments
  • Perform reconciliations across payroll, GL, superannuation, and statutory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with STP, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries with a strong service focus
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Produce reporting and maintain data integrity across SAP and SuccessFactors systems
  • Collaborate with Finance and People teams on projects and process enhancements



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Senior Payroll Officer position, managing end-to-end payroll
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and legislative requirements
  • Experience with SAP payroll
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify process improvements
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
