About Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded retail and food/beverage organisation with a substantial national footprint.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and sites
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
  • Process new starters, terminations, leave, adjustments and final pays
  • Maintain and administer payroll and time & attendance systems
  • Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting and month-end activities
  • Manage STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and statutory obligations
  • Partner with Finance, HR and operational stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Support payroll system enhancements, integrations and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a multi-site or multi-entity environment
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent reconciliation skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, food services, or similar environments will be highly regarded
  • Employment Hero or similar systems experience will be highly regarded
