Job Description

  • Process end-to-end payroll in a high volume environment
  • Ensure payroll compliance, superannuation, payroll tax and STP obligations are met.
  • Manage payroll queries and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Complete payroll reconciliations, adjustments and reporting activities.
  • Support payroll systems improvements and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager with the opportunity to develop into a future leadership position.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience processing high volume payrolls with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using payroll systems and a willingness to contribute to process improvements and systems projects.
