The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry near to Sydney Airport.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for goods and services required across procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Prepare and manage tender and quotation processes to support clear, well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • Review supplier proposals, pricing and commercial terms to identify suitable procurement options.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and purchasing arrangements in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and address commercial matters to support continuity of supply.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, plan sourcing activity and align purchasing outcomes.
  • Monitor purchasing activity and supplier performance to identify practical improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and contract documentation to support consistent processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist' should have:

  • Experience managing sourcing and procurement activities across a range of goods and services.
  • Capability in preparing tenders, requests for quotation and supplier evaluation documentation.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience reviewing supplier terms and pricing.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving commercial issues.
  • Ability to interpret purchasing requirements and translate them into clear sourcing plans.
  • Confidence working with procurement records, contracts and supporting documentation.

What's on Offer

  • Salary of AUD 150,000 to AUD 180,000 + super + car allowance + bonus
