The Site Manager will oversee and manage daily operations at our clients' Bibra Lake site. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and team leadership to meet production goals. With a focus on people leadership, this is a role that will give the successful candidate the opportunity to take the lead on all the operations of the site.

About Our Client

Our client is a global business with manufacturing operations across Australia and the world. The WA site has a mix of different product lines and operations including production, administration, logistics and warehousing.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure production targets are met.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise and support team members to achieve effective operations.
  • Monitor and optimise production processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on site performance and activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in site or operations management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
