Job Description

  • Plan and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
  • Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
  • Track and analyse inventory performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Assist in forecasting demand to align supply with business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or procurement roles.
  • Strong inventory planning and stock management experience.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international freight movements.
  • Exposure to supplier management and procurement processes.
  • ERP system experience, ideally SAP Business One.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across Operations, Warehouse and Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and freight partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
