About Our Client

This role is with a company operating in the luxury industry, offering opportunities to work within an established operations and supply chain department.

Job Description

Coordinate overseas manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
5 days on-site permanent position in the Sydney CBD.
Collaborate with overseas suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.
Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations and standards.
Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator should have:

Strong understanding of operations and supply chain management principles in the luxury industry.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
