We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for the implementation and integration of the Optima platform within a complex healthcare environment.This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration between Optima and surrounding enterprise systems, including HRIS, payroll, workforce management (rostering), and operational platforms.
  • 18 months Fixed term contract

Job Description

  • Define and deliver the end-to-end test strategy for Optima implementation
  • Establish test governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
  • Lead testing for integrations between Optima and HRIS systems, Payroll platforms, Workforce management/rostering systems
  • Validate data flows, APIs, and system interfaces
  • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and security compliance
  • Work closely with business, IT, and vendors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Optima Test Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in test management within the technology department of the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Optima platform, healthcare rostering / workforce optimisation systems
  • A strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of testers.
