Opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities across large-scale, business-critical technology programs. You will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, risks are managed, and high-quality outcomes are delivered in a complex, fast-paced environment

Job Description

Develop and execute test strategies, plans and governance frameworks.

Lead System, Integration, UAT, Performance and Operational Readiness Testing.

Manage testing across complex technology and business transformation programs.

Coordinate internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Monitor defects, risks and quality metrics.

Support release readiness and production deployment decisions.

Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years' experience in Software Testing/QA, including leadership experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead.

Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale testing programs.

Expertise in SIT, UAT, integration, regression and performance testing.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar tools.
