This newly created role focuses on building the education, capability, and long-term employment pathways of its Indigenous workforce. The position plays a key role in developing a culturally appropriate training framework that strengthens literacy, supports formal qualifications, and prepares individuals for broader career opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Trainer will lead the design, development, and delivery of workforce training and education programs within WGAC. This includes mentoring staff, implementing structured learning pathways, and supporting individuals to achieve nationally recognised competencies aligned to Healthy Country Plan activities and emerging industry opportunities.
