With a strong focus on improving systems, processes and the employee experience, they are looking to add an experienced UKG Pro Configuration Specialist to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their HRIS environment.You will join a collaborative team working closely across HR, Payroll, IT and broader business functions, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across system configuration, process improvement and future HR technology initiatives.Job DescriptionAs the UKG Pro Configuration Consultant, you will take ownership of the configuration, enhancement and ongoing support of the UKG Pro platform.Key responsibilities will include:Configure, maintain and enhance UKG Pro functionality across core HR, workflows, business processes, security and employee data.Translate HR, Payroll and business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, business rules, configuration tables and security roles.Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, remuneration changes and terminations.Investigate and resolve complex system, configuration and data-related issues.Develop and execute system testing, regression testing and UAT for enhancements and platform changes.Support UKG releases, upgrades and new functionality, assessing impacts and coordinating required configuration changes.Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process improvement.Maintain detailed configuration documentation, process flows, testing outcomes and troubleshooting guides.Support integrations and data flows between UKG Pro and other enterprise systems where required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring strong hands-on UKG Pro configuration experience and a solid understanding of HRIS and payroll processes.You will ideally have:Strong experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro in a complex environment.Hands-on experience across Core HR, workflows, security, business processes and employee lifecycle functionality.Strong understanding of HR, payroll and workforce management processes.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical system configuration.Experience with system testing, regression testing and UAT.Strong troubleshooting skills across system, configuration and data-related issues.Experience supporting UKG releases, upgrades and system enhancements.Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Payroll, IT and business teams.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience documenting system configuration and processes for governance and audit purposes.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join an organisation investing heavily in its HR technology capability and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of its UKG Pro environment.You will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of configuration and enhancements, work closely with key business stakeholders and contribute to broader HR technology and transformation initiatives.The role offers a collaborative environment, interesting and varied project work, and the opportunity to further develop your UKG Pro expertise within a sophisticated enterprise environment.ContactJason BrookQuote job refJN-092026-7099732Phone number+61730186304Job summaryFunctionInformation TechnologySpecialisationApplications SupportIndustryTechnology & TelecomsLocationBrisbaneJob TypePermanentConsultant nameJason BrookConsultant phone+61730186304Job ReferenceJN-092026-7099732Work from HomeWork from Home or Hybrid
