Job Description

  • Analyse and document business requirements for the UKG Pro system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain the UKG Pro system to meet operational needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UKG Pro Business Analyst should have:

  • Experience implementing UKG Pro system.
  • A background in the healthcare industry or familiarity with its operational requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and address business needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining system functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to develop user-friendly training materials and provide support to end-users.
