The organisation is a reputable distribution business known for its strong operational performance and customer-focused approach. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team in the Greater Western Sydney region.

Job Description

  • Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations across Receiving, Dispatch and Inventory.
  • Manage and support a team of approximately 40 employees through three Team Leaders.
  • Coordinate labour hire requirements, rostering and workforce planning.
  • Approve timesheets and monitor attendance and productivity.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement throughout the warehouse.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day warehouse issues.
  • Support inbound and outbound operations to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Warehouse leadership experience within a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving, dispatch, and inventory operations.
  • Experience managing teams and labour hire staff.
  • Hands-on management style with excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to WMS and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ability to drive safety, productivity, and team performance.

What's on Offer

  • Monday to Friday role 7:00am - 3:00pm and an immediate start available.
  • Competitive hourly rate with occasionally overtime.
