An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Officer to support a high-volume payroll function during a critical period. You'll assist with payroll processing, corrections, and remediation within a Dayforce environment.
This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, end-to-end payroll operations in a high-volume environment. You will lead a capable team, and drive improvements across systems, processes, and controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume payroll processing, and delivering exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.
This Payroll Officer role is responsible for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll for approximately 200 employees, while also supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and HR administration activities. Working within a purpose-driven organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll compliance, maintaining employee records and contributing to broader finance and process improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable while helping bring finance processes in-house.
Based in Matraville and reporting to the Head of HR APAC, this standalone position is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR function across Australia.Partnering closely with senior business leaders, you will drive strategic HR initiatives that support employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, workforce capability, talent retention and compliance.
This position offers strong exposure to month-end reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional finance operations in a collaborative environment.
