As a Finance Business Partner (Property Development) in Melbourne, you will provide financial insight for property development activities and help inform sound business decisions. Working within Accounting & Finance, you will bring clear analysis to planning, reporting and commercial discussions across the property industry.
You will be responsible for month-end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, fixed assets, bank guarantees and financial control activities across a complex multi-entity infrastructure business
Joining a growing and acquisitive industrial organisation, the Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for enhancing and standardising finance processes across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You will lead transformation projects, support acquisition integration activities, and drive operational efficiencies, ensuring the finance function is well-positioned to support continued expansion and long-term success.
