This role requires working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to translate complex legislative information and develop content for diverse audiences across our clients communication channels.This position also monitors and reports on media issues and opportunities, manages media enquiries, and produces targeted and shareable digital content, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to the SR HRBP, you will be the main HR partner across 4 sites in NSW who collaborates with all levels of leadership, including executives, and employees to drive HR strategy and solutions forward.Serve as an employee champion and change agent demonstrating a strong emphasis on increasing leadership capabilities, driving employee engagement, and promoting a high-performance work culture for supporting all the generalist HR activities, including but not limited to reviewing and advising on HR policies and processes across the business and managing ER/IR across the business.
Be responsible for various financial and management reporting tasks, including aiding in the compilation, analysis, and timely reporting of accurate financial information related to business performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee the delivery of infrastructure and supervise the day-to-day construction operations at all phases by closely monitoring and coordinating between PMCs, consultants, and contractors in order to ensure execution of infrastructure activities
