How is performance measured and how often is it reviewed?

Everyone at PageGroup has a set of goals and key performance indicators related to the business in which they work, as well as  a behavioural framework to help identify areas of strength and development. Our annual appraisals and a mid year reviews give the opportunity to discuss, among other things, your long-term career and development plans.
 

What training is given in the first few months?

 
You’ll receive one to one support from your manager including at-desk coaching and local workshop sessions to fine tune your recruitment skills.
 

What is the selection process?


Successful applicants will be required to attend an interview, along with the opportunity to spend some time with the team you will potentially join on the operating floor and a meeting with the relevant business MD.
 

What can I expect after attending an interview?

 
We will get in touch to confirm whether or not you have been successful, and provide you with relevant feedback.
