Job Description

  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring financial records are maintained to a high standard.
  • Processing receipts and supporting daily banking activities.
  • Investigating and resolving customer account queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records across finance systems and spreadsheets.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to support timely billing and revenue recognition.
  • Assisting with reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • A sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
