About Our Client

Our client is a successful ASX-listed exploration company seeking an experienced Company Administrator to join its corporate office team.

Reporting to the Company Secretary/Finance Manager and supported by an Administrative Assistant, this broad and varied role is responsible for overseeing office operations, HR administration, IT coordination, corporate governance support, and exploration team logistics. This position is ideal for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety and working across multiple functions.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, including reception, mail, office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services and external suppliers.



Human Resources Administration

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation, inductions, medicals and exit procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with payroll administration and HR compliance activities.
  • Administer and maintain Employment Hero and associated HR systems.



IT Coordination

  • Provide first-level IT support and coordinate with external IT service providers.
  • Assist with equipment setup, user access permissions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the IT asset register and support system updates.



Team Support

  • Provide administrative support across the business, including field crew logistics, permit applications, training records and site administration.
  • Support managers with calendar management, travel bookings, meeting coordination and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and company documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, catering and office events.



Corporate Administration

  • Assist the Company Secretary with governance administration, AGM coordination and company secretarial duties.
  • Maintain investor communication databases and support company announcement mailouts.
  • Manage contract, compliance, insurance and subscription registers.
  • Maintain corporate records, tenement administration documentation and document control systems.
  • Assist with website updates and company communications as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in office administration, office management or business support roles.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating business operations.
  • Basic IT knowledge and experience working with external IT providers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to effectively support a broad range of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the office and wider team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience within the resources, mining or junior ASX-listed exploration sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
