This Business Analyst opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in a complex ICT and digital transformation program, working across requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, procurement support, solution delivery, testing, and business readiness activities. You'll collaborate with government stakeholders and vendors to shape solutions, drive business outcomes, and support enterprise implementations throughout project delivery.
  • Lead transformative projects by shaping requirements and improving outcomes.
  • Gain exposure to procurement, SaaS delivery, testing, and business change.

A public sector organisation based in Brisbane CBD, focused on delivering essential services through innovative technology solutions.

Job Description

  • Support enterprise SaaS/COTS solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to configure, customise, and integrate SaaS solutions.
  • Work across multi-vendor delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Support business change, operational readiness, and benefits realisation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with Queensland Government ICT governance and procurement requirements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong experience in analysing and documenting ICT system requirements.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ICT project implementation within the public sector.
  • A relevant qualification in technology, business analysis, or a related field.
