Job Description

  • Support SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a strong focus on data migration.
  • Participate in and contribute to data migration design workshops.
  • Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, and the creation of solution documentation.
  • Work closely with end‑users to understand business problem statements and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Contribute to organisational design activities, including data models, position design, and structural mapping.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, SMEs, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all processes and deliverables align with project standards and governance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background.
  • Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design.
  • Proven ability to work with end‑users and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
