Job Description

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
  • Analyse current and future state processes
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support solution design and validation
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and traceability
  • Assist with testing, UAT, and implementation support

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in contract roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with transformation or system projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
