Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.



Report on sales performance and provide insights to management.As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory and driving the acquisition of new infrastructure opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with property stakeholders, including strata managers, building managers, owners corporations and committee members.
  • Driving opportunities through the full approval and acquisition process.
  • Presenting infrastructure solutions and educating stakeholders on project benefits.
  • Coordinating site surveys and acting as the commercial liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Managing a large portfolio of opportunities across varying stages of the pipeline.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring project milestones.
  • Building strategic networks across the property, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Property Acquisition or a similar stakeholder-focused role.
  • A proven ability to build trust and influence multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, property, strata, facilities management or related industries will be highly regarded.
